I contacted historic Autographs through email, and asked them about the plates back. Historic Autograph stated that the vendor for some reason printed the corresponding backs to the paper version on all the printing plates used. So this is a dual true serialed numbered card because the front plate is the 1/1 Japanese variant which has a print run: 50 which is showcased on the upper right corner of the card. General Gearge S. Patton is the ultimate chase card in this set.
